I'm Patience Ogunbona, founder of The Quiet Confidence Company, an award-winning Executive Leadership and Confidence Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator, and bestselling author. I partner with experienced introverted women leaders, so they can own the quiet confidence they have already earned, instead of performing to prove their worth.

Through The Aligned Introvert Method®, I offer identity-led coaching so you can build a leadership brand aligned with who you are, one that radiates magnetic presence and authority.
