THE RAVE
The RAVE is a live, monthly leadership reflection space held online inside the Quiet Confidence Lounge.
It was created for experienced women who want to step out of constant motion and take intentional time to review where they are, how they are leading, and what needs to shift next.
This is not a workshop.
This is not networking.
This is not coaching.
It is a facilitated leadership review.

RAVE is a simple but powerful framework for leadership reflection:
This process helps you strengthen clarity, confidence, and direction without pressure or performance.
During the RAVE, you can expect:
A calm, guided leadership reflection space
Thoughtful prompts led by Patience
Time to think, write, and reflect
Optional sharing (never forced)
A respectful, executive-level environment
There are no hot seats.
There is no fixing.
There is no pressure to speak.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The RAVE is held live on Zoom
Sessions are not recorded to protect psychological safety
A short written reflection summary is shared afterwards inside the Lounge
